Emtec 1000 Lock Instruction
PROGRAMING MODE:
In order to perform each of the following six functions, the lock must be placed in programing mode.
1. Press and hold EMTEK button for 3 seconds
2. Yellow LED flashes, then remains solid (if no input within 10 seconds, Yellow LED goes out, Red LED flashes an lock exits programing mode.
3. Enter Programing Code.
4. Green LED flashes, then 1 beep.
5. Yellow LED remains sollid (awaiting button press; see following table)

- CHANGE PROGRAMING CODE: Press button 1, enter new Programming Code (6 digits); Re-Enter new Programing Code. INDICATORS: 1green LED flash, 1 beep, 1 green LED flash, 1 beep, 2 greenLED flashes, 2 beeps.
- ADD USER CODE: (up to 20, 4 digit codes). Press button 2, Enter new User Code, Re-Enter new User Code. INDICATORS: 1green LED flash, 1 beep, 1 green LED flash, 1 beep, 2 green LED flashes, 2 beeps.
- DELETE USER CODE: Press button 3, enter user code to be deleted, Re-Enter User Code to be deleted. INDICATORS: 1green LED flash, 1 beep, 1 green LED flash, 1 beep, 2 green LED flashes, 2 beeps.
- ENABLE-DISABLE ALL USER CODES: Press button 4. INDICATORS: 2 green LED Flashes, 2 beeps. (This also refered as "Vacation Mode" . This command temporarily disables all user codes. Metal key override will still work.)
- DELETE ALL USER CODES: Press Button 5. Re-Enter Programing Code. INDICATORS: 1 Green LED flash, 1 beep, 2 Green LED flashes, 2 beeps.
- TURN BEEPER ON/OFF: Press button 6. INDICATORS: 1 Green LED flash, 1 beep, 2 Green LED flashes, 2 beeps.

09/16/2011 Entry Door Lock - Unit 905
Service request received from Craig Lester (ASI);
Complain about lock electronic part starting to beep, few minutes after battries installation and constantly beeping untill bateries are "drained down".
Service scheduled for September 19-th.

09/15/2011 Entry Door Lock - Unit 902
Service/repair completed upon receipt of necessary parts. Existing lock replaced with used lock after repair. Owners code programed-In.

Complain about electronic door lock malfunctioning. Found worn-out rubber ring clutch. Interior part of lock replaced with another used lock in working condition.

Complain about electronic door lock malfuctioning. Troubleshoot and repair lock. Cleanup and lubricate mechanical parts, replace batteries. Lock left in working condition.

Service request received from Unit Owner, Mr. Holland
Complain about electronic door lock malfunctioning. Determined mechanical problem with deadbolt. Lock was not repaired.

Complain about latch not fully extending into the lock. Mechanical parts taken apart, cleaned and lubricated. New batteries installed in unit 705 (lock was without the batteries)

01/27/2011 Entry Door Lock - Unit 905:
Service request received from Mary Williams (Owner's Agent).
Complain about entry door lock not responding to keypad, making continues noise and not locking/unlocking. Service provided on 02/03/2011 (Gintaras). Diagnostic determined failed keypad and low batteries. Replaced keypad and batteries. Programed in new lock code provided by Mary Williams

Service request received from Villa Owner.
Owner reports, that entry door lock does not respond to the code.
Door lock tested, code reprogrammed.

Service request received from Villa Owner.
Door lock does not respond to the keypad. Door lock tested on 10/14/2010 and electronic part failure determined. Door lock was replaced.

Entry door lock does not respond to the code in Units 503, 806, 903. Three door locks replaced with new.

Owner reports, that entry door lock electronic part does not work. Lock makes short and long beeps, does not respond to the code.

08/10/2009 Dryer Vent - Unit 703:
Reported by Property manager; Dryer vent duct clogged up in unit 703. Service scheduled for August 11, 2009.
08/06/2009 Drywall Tape Separation - Unit 902:
Reported by Property Manager: Drywall tape is separating from wall in living room of unit 902, in the right hand corner by sliding patio door. Unit inspected on August 8, 2009 by Valdas Stankevicius (EURO Construction).
Sheetrock tape separation in the corner is visible for about 42" up from the floor. Dimensional changes of new exterior elements, installed at the time of renovation project, could possibly cause Sheetrock tape to separate from wall in some units. Small cracks at the joints and around trim boards could also start appearing until all exterior elements such as wall sheathing, siding and exterior trim settles.
07/28/2009 Carpet damage - Building 1000:
Reported by Property manager: Burn marks on second floor walkway, building 1000. Carpet inspected on July 28, 2009 by Valdas Stankevicius (EURO Construction) and Rick Bent (Rick Bent Flooring). Replacement Estimate submitted to property Manager.
