02/13/2013 Roof Leak Inspection:

 

Attic area over Unit 239, was inspected by Mindaugas Stankevicius on Wednesday, February 13, 2013. Below are the findings:

 Old, rusty attic fan is 50% covered with roof felt and not working.

 Fiberglass insulation is vet under attic fan

Ceiling sheetrock is in deteriorated condition

 Other issues found:

Previous A/C handler leaks have caused ceiling sheetrock deterioration in the closet.

 

 

 After handler replacement, lots of debris, old ducts and old A/C handler parts are left in the attic space

 

 

 

 

 

 

 Attic fan must be replaced and properly installed.
