• Exterioir carpet installation in progress
• Villa numbers and restriction signs installation in progress
• Final painting tuchups will be finished on Friday
• Exterior wall scounces will be installed on Friday 

June 15, 2007 Construction Update

• Rear side siding installation finished
• Rear side windows and sliding door installation finished
• Triming work finished
• Balconies except 401 and 403 remodeling finished
• 401 and 403 balconies remodeling in progress. Will be finished by June 19
• All building #400 remodeling will be finished by June 19
• Building #300 remodeling work started

June 04, 2007 Construction Update

• Building #400 rear side of units 402 and 406, all windows has been replaced, hardiplank siding installed, window/door trim installed, corner trim installed.
• Building #400 rear side second floor new sliding door installation in progress
• Building #400 rear side all balcony decks framing finished.
  

May 23, 2007 Construction Update

• Unit 402 bicycle storage fence remodeling in progress
• Building #400 left side wall windows has been replaced with new ones
  
• Building #400 left side wall new siding installation has started
• Building #400 rear side first floor windows has been replaced with new ones
• Unit 402 rear side deck new framing compleated

May 18, 2007 Construction Update

• Building #400 front side siding installation will be finished this week
• Unit 401 stairs handrailing installed
• Building #400 rear side first floor old siding removed
• Inspecting for wood rot on building #400 rear side
• Changing damaged construction elements with new ones. Reparing framing, changing plywood, installing Home Wrap Tyvek
• 401, 403, 402, 406 units decks demolished

May 15, 2007 Construction Update:

• Second floor railing timing finished
• Stairs to second floor triming finished
• Siding installed on front of second and third floor
• Stairs to unit 401 remodeled and conpleated
• Removing siding, old plywood, inspecting for wood rot on building #400 left side wall.
• Installing new plywood, Tywek Home Wrap on building #400 left side wall.
• Preparing building #400 left side wall for windows changing

May 10, 2007 Construction Update:

• Second floor railing triming in progress
• Stairs to second floor ready for triming
• Maiking new stairs to 401 unit

May 9, 2007 Construction Update:

• First & second floor siding installation finished
• 401 bike storage fence finished

May 3, 2007 Construction Update:

• Windows & door triming installation finished
• Siding installation on 401 unit and 403 unit finished
• Second floor railing triming in progress

April 26, 2007 Construction Update:

• Old siding on the front side has been removed
• Tyvek Home Wrap installed
• Front side windows & door removed and replaced with new ones
• Windows & door triming work has started
• Safet installation on floors
• 401 & 402 units first floor new deck floors installed
• Right side wall siding installation finished

April 14, 2007 Construction Update:

• Old cypress siding removal is in progress on the front side of Building 400. Bike storage fences have been removed. Entry landing an stairwell handrails removed and disposed. Front side window and entry door replacement should start after Monday, April 16, 2007. During next three weeks, access to units 401-406 will not meet safety standards during work hours. We strongly recommend all home owners and/or tenants to limit/cancel condo usage, or be extremely careful when entering/exiting your condo. Please do not let small children to be on the project site withour parent supervision.

March 30, 2007 Construction Note:

Siding remowal on the front side of building 400 is scheduled to start on or after April 02, 2007
