Renovation project on four town house buildings (12 Units) has begun on January 23-rd, 2006.

Current progress for renovation project at Plantation Club Regime, as of Thusday, June 15-th, 2006 is as following:

  • Building 1
    • Unit # 545? Full window/door replacement finished.
    • Window/door replacement finished. Exterior siding and trim installation finished.
    • Unit # 546? Full window/door replacement finished.
    • Building exterior painting - Finished.

  • Building 2
    • Unit # 544 ? Full window/door replacement finished.
    • Unit # 543 ? New siding and trim installation is finished
    • Unit # 542 ? Front Entry Door - Replacement finished
    • Exterior siding and trim installation finished. Front door and hardware installed.
    • Unit # 541 ? Full window/door replacement finished
    • Window/door replacement finished. Exterior siding and trim installation finished.
    • Exterior paint in progress since Monday, June 12,2006.
    • Exterior paint finished as of June 23,2006
    • Front side of building 3 after renovation work

    • Unit # 540 ? Declined window/door replacement;
    • Unit # 539 ? Front entry door replaced, windows and sliding patio doors replaced by owner prior to renovation project.
    • Unit # 538 ? Front entry door replaced, windows and sliding patio doors replaced by owner prior to renovation project.
    • Unit # 537 ? Full window/door replacement finished.
    • Front door replacement finished on July 19,2006
    • Exterior paint in progress
