For your own convenience, we recommend you to remove all the objects you may have on your walls, balconies and window stools. Please note that construction crew will not assume responsibility for any personal belongings left outside of the villa

Although we are doing our best to preserve the landscaping surrounding your building, some damages are unavoidable. If you have any valuable plants close to exterior walls, please relocate them before construction work starts.
