      Insulated clear glass installed in master bedroom-living room window.

Install Clear Insulated Glass panel in the master bedroom wall opening. Trim-out and paint wood trim around new window.

Furnish and install corian countertops on the new cabinets in kitchen with seamless double sink (white). Counter top color - Maui "B". Edge treatment - eased edge.

Furnish and install corian vanity top with seamless oval sink (white). Counter top color - Maui "B". Edge treatment - eased edge.

            Guest Bathroom:

Install new "Canterbury Maple" base and cathedral wall cabinets, supplied by Lowe's. Place back all existing and new appliances (to be connected by electrician and plumber).

            Master Bathroom:

Install new, Devon white Thermo Foil Square 13W vanity cabinet supplied by Lowe's. Install new cabinet hardware.

            Guest Bathroom:

Install new, Devon white Thermo Foil Square 13W vanity cabinet supplied by Lowe's. Install new cabinet hardware.

Install new 12x12 Loft-Beige porcelain tile on shower wall. Install 4x12 Toscana Bone border tile on shower walls @ 3/4 wall height.  Install marble threshold in the doorway. Apply tile grout and two applications of grout sealer on all new tiled surfaces.

Install new 12x12 Loft-Beige porcelain tile on bathroom floor and shower wall. Install 4x12 Noce-Listello border tile on shower walls @ 3/4 wall height. Install 2x2x12 Chiaro-Tumbled marble tile on shower floor, Install edge bulnose, and marble threshold in the doorway. Apply tile grout and two applications of grout sealer on all new tiled surfaces.

     Installed new waterproof sheetrock on walls and ceiling. New housings for can lighths. Installed wiring for mirror defogger. 

 

       Installed hardboard on shower walls with joint sealant. Shower controls, drain and spray line ready for plumbing inspection.

           Master Bathroom:

 Build additional framing on exterior wall to allow for new plumbing and shower niche. Build 3" doorway curb. Install hardboard on the bathroom and shower floors and shower walls. Waterproof shower walls, install floor membrane.

           Demolition in Guest bathroom:

 Remove and dispose of existing tub door, vanity mirror, paper holder and towel bar. Remove and dispose of wall tile and drywall sheathing above existing tub.
Remove and dispose of existing tub, toilet,  vanity top, sink and cabinet. Remove and dispose of existing floor covering.

 Remove and dispose of existing countertops. Remove and dispose of existing base and wall cabinets, baseboards. Remove and dispose of existing vinyl flooring in the kitchen, clean-out floor surface from adhesive.

Cover furniture in Master and guest bedrooms.

 

Move and cover living room furniture. Make space in living room for temporary appliance placement. Cover carpet.
