PELLA Windows And Doors

 

     Below, are some pictures of the "PELLA" windows and sliding doors previously installed on Plantation Club Villas, Regime 20 townhouses. Product specifications:

              DOORS:

             "IN-GLASS" Shades:

• Cordless bottom up Slim-shade Blind

• Available with Designer Series products only 

This is very good quality product line. Also, with Designer Series windows and Sliding patio doors, there is an option to install shades in between the glass panels. Shades can be adjusted from inside, or moved up to leave clear view. We have installed new Pella windows and Sliding Patio Doors in Most Townhouse of Plantation Club Villas, Regime 20. At least three villa owners, ordered "In-Glass" shades for their new windows and doors. It has been almost two years since the first installation, and we have not heard about any problems with shades.

Window and sliding door interior is wood and needs to be painted. Picture below, shows upstairs bedroom window with "In-Glass" shades installed.

Sliding patio door is available in different configurations. In the picture below, living-room door was installed with "OXO" configuration (O - fixed sash, X - operating panel).  Going from the left to the right, first panels has "In-Glass" shades open all the way, next panel - 1/2 closed, next panel fully closed.

Upstairs sliding door view with screen door opened. In Designer Series sliding doors, screen doors are self-closing.
